Job description

Your tasks with us

As a (Senior) Google Workspace Consultant, you are the central contact person for our customers around the digital workplace with Google — from strategy to ongoing operation:

✓Consulting & conception: You analyze existing work environments, develop workspace strategies and create roadmaps for the introduction or optimization of Google Workspace.

✓Migration & implementation: You plan and manage migrations from Microsoft 365, Exchange or other platforms to Google Workspace — including email, identities and data.

✓Gemini & AI integration: You bring Gemini for Google Workspace into the daily use of our customers — from productivity increases to AI-supported workflows and agents.

✓Security & governance: You configure security policies, DLP, endpoint management and compliance requirements (GDPR, ISO) in the Google Admin Console and ensure a zero-trust-compliant setup.

✓Change management & enablement: You design adoption concepts, conduct trainings for end users and IT admins and ensure that Google Workspace is really used in everyday life.

✓Managed services: You continue to build our Managed Workspace & AI Services with us — for the stable, continuously optimized operation of customer environments.

What you bring with you

✓Completed degree: (computer science, business informatics or similar) or comparable qualification.

✓Several years of experience with Google Workspace: in consulting, implementation or administration — ideally in a service environment.

✓Sound know-how in workspace administration: Admin Console, organizational units, security policies, DLP, mobile device management and Google Vault.

✓Migration experience: You have successfully carried out migrations from Microsoft 365, Exchange or other systems to Google Workspace.

✓Identity & access management: Experience with SSO, SAML, LDAP sync, Azure AD / Entra ID integration or comparable identity solutions.

✓Basic understanding of email routing: DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC as well as network basics.

✓Automation skills: Experience with Google Apps Script, Python or similar languages for automating administrative and operational tasks is a plus.

✓Enthusiasm for GenAI: You want to actively use Gemini for Workspace with customers and drive AI adoption forward.

✓Google certifications: (e.g. Associate Google Workspace Administrator, Google Workspace Deployment Services Technical Credential) are a plus, but not a must.

✓Consulting competence: You communicate clearly and convincingly — both with IT teams and with decision-makers at management level.

✓Hands-on & team player: You get stuck in, share your knowledge and want to build something together.

✓Very good German and English skills.
