Behind GMinds are Jonas Schwarz and Christian Gross — two experts who have known the IT consulting and transformation landscape from different perspectives for decades. Together, we combine deep technical knowledge with a strategic understanding of modern business models.

With his profound expertise in the areas of modern workplace, security and IT governance, he ensures that every transformation is not only innovative, but is designed from the ground up to be secure and compliant.
Jonas has many years of IT transformation expertise in the SMB, enterprise and public sectors. Through his management experience in the area of large hyperscalers, he understands in detail the dynamics behind global cloud and AI infrastructures as well as the strategic importance of strong partner networks in the IT market.
