Your role: versatile, visible, with real impact

With us, you're right in the middle of it instead of just being there:
You work at the interface of Tech, sales and marketing — and see directly what your work is doing.

Tech, cloud & AI:

Pre-sales support: You actively support our team of consultants in setting up test environments in Google Cloud and Google Workspace.
Showcasing: You develop exciting use cases around Gemini Enterprise and other AI solutions to inspire our customers during appointments.
AI development: You help with the (further) development of our own internal AI processes and workflows.
Partner Management: You take over the support and maintenance of our Google Cloud Partner Portal.

Marketing, Sales & Operations:

Content & social media: You implement online marketing topics and actively use our LinkedIn channels with exciting insights.
Sales materials: You create convincing presentations, OnePager and other documents.
CRM & data: You keep our CRM system up-to-date and assist with the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments.
Sparring partner: You work closely and on equal footing with our founder and CEO.

Your profile: Hands-on & tech-affin

You are currently enrolled, ideally in a STEM environment, business administration, business informatics or a comparable field.
You have a keen interest in IT and AI topics as well as the IT consulting market.
Initial experience in the IT sector (e.g. through internships or own projects) is a plus.
You have a real hands-on mentality: You work proactively, think in a solution-oriented way and are not afraid to acquire new knowledge on your own.
Ideally, you live in Koblenz or the surrounding area so that you can also be on site for whiteboard sessions or voting.
Very good German and English skills as well as a confident use of common presentation and office tools round off your profile.

Do I have to be there?

No We're remote-first. Nevertheless, we are pleased to be actively involved in the office in Koblenz.

How much willingness to travel is expected?

It depends on the project. An average of 1-2 days/week with the customer (often possible remotely). We try to minimize travel.

Are there any specialization options?

Absolutely. You can specialize in Security, FinOps, Data Platform, or AI/ML — depending on your interest.

What is the project workload?

We plan with 80% project time, 20% innovation time (continuing education, pre-sales, innovation).
