Your tasks with us

As a (Senior) Cloud Architect, you are the central technical contact person for our customers — across our entire portfolio of cloud, AI and security solutions:

  • Strategy & advice: You support customers from the first cloud strategy to readiness assessments to a specific roadmap.
  • Cloud Foundation & Migration: You design and implement secure, scalable GCP architectures — from the landing zone to productive workload migration.
  • AI & GenAI: You design AI-supported solutions with Google Gemini and Vertex AI and bring GenAI use cases from prototype to production.
  • Security, Governance & Compliance: You integrate security-by-design principles into every architecture and advise on topics such as IAM, Google SecOps and cloud sovereignty.
  • Managed services: You support the development and development of our Managed Cloud & AI services for the stable operation of our customer environments.
  • Workshops & enablement: You will conduct strategy workshops, AI readiness checks and technical training for our customers.

That's what you bring

  • Completed STEM degree (computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics, etc.).
  • Several years of experience as a cloud architect with in-depth expertise in Google Cloud (GCP).
  • Extensive knowledge of compute, storage, container orchestration with Kubernetes (GKE), a solid understanding of cloud networking principles (VPC, DNS, load balancing, security aspects) and infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform.
  • Practical experience with GenAI — ideally with Google Gemini, Vertex AI or comparable platforms.
  • Google Professional Certifications (e.g. Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer) are a plus but not a must.
  • Broad understanding of architecture: You think holistically about cloud infrastructure, security and AI and can combine these topics in customer solutions.
  • Consulting expertise: You communicate confidently with decision makers and impress with professional depth and pragmatic solutions.
  • Hands-on & team player: You get involved, share your knowledge and want to build something together.
  • Very good German and English skills.

Do I have to be there?
No We're remote-first. Nevertheless, we are pleased to be actively involved in the office in Koblenz.
How much willingness to travel is expected?
It depends on the project. An average of 1-2 days/week with the customer (often possible remotely). We try to minimize travel.
Are there any specialization options?
Absolutely. You can specialize in Security, FinOps, Data Platform, or AI/ML — depending on your interest.
What is the project workload?
We plan with 80% project time, 20% innovation time (continuing education, pre-sales, innovation).
